Supported a wide range of marketing and visual communication initiatives for Great Southern Homes, including the development of neighborhood site maps, community layout illustrations, area maps, and detailed marketing materials designed to support both sales and brand visibility. Responsibilities included creating watercolor-style home elevation renderings, detailed house illustrations from initial line art through fully rendered finished artwork, and visually organized floor plan presentations that helped communicate the character and features of individual communities and home models in a clear and engaging format.

Designed and produced multi-page brochures, sales collateral, promotional booklets, and presentation materials distributed through both print and digital channels based on the needs of real estate teams and prospective buyers. Many of these materials required balancing technical information with strong visual storytelling to create polished, easy-to-navigate marketing assets aligned with the company’s overall branding and sales objectives.

Additional projects included the design and production of acquisition and investment presentation booklets used to showcase select developments to potential buyers and business partners. These presentations combined branding, layout design, supporting copy, community information, and visual assets into cohesive packages tailored for professional presentations and stakeholder review.

Campaign support also extended into direct mail and localized outreach efforts, including postcard campaigns, neighborhood marketing materials, door hangers, signage, and promotional collateral strategically targeted to surrounding communities and prospective homeowners. Throughout each project, emphasis was placed on maintaining brand consistency while adapting messaging and creative direction to fit specific markets, developments, and audiences.
